I really like Persimmon trees and their fruit. I have really taken to drawing illustrations of the Persimmon tree and I have dedicated an entire artistic movement to the Persimmon tree painting it with several different mediums as well as charcoal drawing and other illustration types. If you have not yet seen the Persimmon tree than you are in for a treat as this is one of the most beautiful trees in the world.
