With nearly 5 million Americans living with Alzheimer’s Disease, we all know someone who has been affected by it. Alzheimer’s is a disease that can affect the lives of not only the person with the disease, but the families who care for them as well. A form of dementia, Alzheimer’s is fatal. Today, there are treatments that can help those with Alzheimer’s live better and longer lives, but there is no cure. There people at alz.org are trying to change that.
